Vote on whether to put up an advertising structure at the junction of Pembroke Road and Herbert Park in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. (Part of the deal on how to fund DublinBike.)

It is proposed to erect a ‘Metropole’ double-sided LED advertisement structure comprising of a display case mounted on an offset leg. The LED displays shall carry civic information and/or a series of advertisements. The structure has an overall height of 5.8 metres and a width of 3.72 metres. The area of each of the display panels is 8.44 sq. metres." Relates to Report No 277/2016
