On the amount of social and affordable housing on the Poolbeg SDZ.

To insert, in light of the housing crisis, the words "a minimum of" before it says "900 will be delivered as either social and/or affordable units including units for senior citizens" on the site. So that it will read: "Of the 3,500 new homes permissible on the site under this Planning Scheme, a minimum of 900 will be delivered as either, social and/or affordable units including units for senior citizens." It is referred to in Report 323/2017.
