To allow 'log cabins' and similar structures to be put in back gardens for use as accommodation for family members

To amend Report 58/2019 to add: "Noting the manager's admission regarding the inefficient use of land throughout suburban Dublin and the serious shortfall of affordable housing in the city, acknowledging also the manager's lack of support for the proposed motion to amend Section 16.10.14, the elected members are in favour and support the initiation of the variation process to amend the City Development Plan with regard to the Ancillary Family Accommodation section of the City Development Plan 2016-2022."
