Vote on whether to go ahead and put up advertising structures in Donnybrook in Dublin 4. (Part of the deal on how to fund DublinBike.)

"It is proposed to erect a ‘Metropole’ double sided advertisement structure comprising of a display case mounted on an offset leg. The structure shall display civic information and/or a series of advertisements. The display panels shall be internally illuminated or LED with scrolling or static display. The structure has an overall height of 5.47 metres and a width of 3.48 metres. The area of each of the display panels is 6.82 sq. metres." This relates to Report No 276/2016.
