A proposal "to reduce the height of the flood defence sea wall from a height 4.25m OD to a height ranging from 4.06m OD to 3.95m OD". Also, "to provide cladding of the roadside face of the wall with blue limestone and to provide a reconstituted stone coping and to undertake associated ancillary works".
