To defer a decision on disposing of a site on Oscar Traynor Rd in D5 to Glenveagh Living Ltd

"That this city council notes the contents of report number 310 of 2020 [on disposing of a site on Oscar Traynor Road in D5 to Glenveagh Living Ltd] and agrees to defer taking a decision on the proposal outlined therein in order to allow for a) consultation as promised to take place between the proposed developer and the local residents and public representative consultative forum and b) to allow for discussions to take place between Dublin City Council, the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and all other stakeholders to try and achieve a better outcome in terms of a reduced cost of affordable housing."
