Calling on the chief executive to declare the provision of modular housing an emergency measure.

"That this City Council calls on the Chief Executive to declare the provision of Modular Housing by Dublin City Council in its functional area an Emergency Measure to alleviate the current homeless crisis in the City so that it comes within the ambit of Section 179(6)(b) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended."
