On whether to accept the council management's recommendation not to add the Fumbally Exchange to the Record of Protected Structures.

“That Dublin City Council hereby approves the addition of Fumbally Exchange, 5 Dame Lane, Dublin 2, to the Record of Protected Structures in accordance with Section 54 and 55 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000”. Before the vote was taken, the Lord Mayor informed Members that if they voted to reject the Management recommendation in the report, then the effect of the vote would be to add Fumbally Exchange to the Record of Protected Structures. Members noted that it was recommended by Management not to add Fumbally Exchange, 5 Dame Lane, Dublin 2 to the Record of Protected Structures. This refers to Report No.320/2017.
