To do a flood risk assessment on a site west of Barnhill slated for rezoning to residential

In relation to site 13.1 (west of Barnhill) that this Council shall complete a full stage 3 site specific flood risk assessment in accordance with the planning system and Flood Risk Management Guidelines (2009) due to the presence of an OPW identified unmapped watercourse and unresolved flood behaviour.
