In relation to site 13.1 [West of Barnhill, D15 proposed to be rezoned from greenbelt to residential] under variation No.1 that the Council confirm through an independent assessment it can verify the capacity and long term resilience of the existing culvert and drainage infrastructure serving the Barnhill Stream.
