To approve Variation 2 to Fingal's 2023-2029 development plan, to adopt a formal land use zoning objective for lands known as Áras Mhuire Field, Barberstown Lane South, Barnhill, Co. Dublin, changing this 4.3 acres from unzoned land to zoning objective "open space".
