To approve Fortlawn redevelopment plan

In recognising that there is a housing crisis, and on the basis that no tenants will be forced to surrender their current tenancy and also acknowledging that no tenants in Fingal can have a veto to prevent much needed housing on suitable sites, this Council Supports and passes the part 8 as presented for the development of lands at Fort lawn Dublin 15.
