Motion

Councillor Claire Byrne proposed removing the term "natural gas" from text in the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-28 where the council outlines its commitment to ensuring energy supply. The chief executive proposed revised text, keeping it in. Councillors by roll-call vote rejected the chief executive's proposed version 36-8, and then by voice vote approved Councillor Byrne's version.
