To rezone lands at Old Kilmainham/South Circular Road, Dublin 8 from Z6 (Employment) to Z1 (Residential) and Z9 (Open Space)

The package consisted of four pieces of land, said City Planner John O’Hara at the meeting. The two on the banks of the Camac, closer to the flood zone, managers withdrew from the proposed rezoning. The two further away, councillors voted to rezone to Z1 (Residential).
