Motion

That Dublin City Council, having considered Reports Nos. 273/2014, 274/2014 and 275/2014, determines in accordance with the provisions of Section 20 of the Finance (Local Property Tax) Act 2012 (as amended), that the basic rate of local property tax should stand varied downwards by fifteen per cent (15%) in respect of relevant residential properties situated in the administrative area of Dublin City Council for the period 1st November 2014 to the 30th October 2015 having impact on the LPT liability for the financial year 2015.
